For 2021, Medicare-eligible PEBC members have a choice of two plans, both including prescription drug benefits:

Group Medicare Advantage PPO

Group Medicare Advantage HMO

Note that the Group Medicare Advantage PPO plan replaces the Senior Supplement plan previously offered—while the plan designs are equivalent, your Medicare Advantage PPO plan offers many additional benefits:

  Primary care provider (PCP) visits for low or no copay
• 
  Members of the MAPD (PPO) Plan* have flexibility to see any provider — network or out-of-network — at the same cost share, as long as they accept Medicare and the Plan.
• 
  Benefits like gym memberships, an online wellness program, 24/7 Nurse Support and more — free with your plan.
