What you’re getting
Your UnitedHealthcare® Group Medicare Advantage plan is a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) plan. So you may see added benefits and features not included in other plans.
One card, no confusion
No need to carry separate Medicare and UnitedHealthcare cards. When you visit your provider, just bring your UnitedHealthcare member ID card, which has all the information the provider needs to file your claim.Same cost, in or out of network
Your share of the cost — copay or coinsurance — is the same for any provider or health care professional, as long as they agree to see you and accept the plan. One plan at a time
Usually, you may be enrolled in only one Medicare Advantage plan or one Medicare Part D prescription drug plan at a time. If you enroll in another Medicare Advantage plan or a stand-alone Medicare Part D prescription drug plan after your enrollment in this group-sponsored plan, you may be disenrolled from the other plans.
Important note about 2025 plans with prescription drug coverage
For 2025, the Federal Government has made changes that will impact standalone Medicare prescription drug plans and Medicare Advantage plans with prescription drug coverage.
