• How long will the visit last? What will happen?

  You’ll spend about 45 minutes to an hour. First, you’ll get a health evaluation, including a physical exam and certain other important screenings. The rest of the time you’ll spend on health topics important to you.

• Where should the visit take place?

  Wherever is most comfortable and convenient for you: the kitchen table, living room, you decide.

• I already see my provider regularly. Do I need this?

  Think of a HouseCalls visit as an extra layer of care, where you get valuable one-on-one time you don’t always get in office visits.

• Is there an alternative to having a HouseCalls visit in person?

  Yes, there is. You can have a HouseCalls visit virtually by connecting with one of our licensed health care practitioners using your computer, tablet or smartphone. During the video visit, the practitioner will review your health history and medications, discuss important health screenings, identify health risks and give you plenty of time to ask questions about your health.
