Is a UnitedHealthcare Retiree Advantage plan right for you?

This plan may be right for you if:

  • You are a federal or postal retiree
  • You have Medicare Part A and Part B
  • You are a member of a qualifying UnitedHealthcare FEHB Health Plan

If you are a Postal retiree and didn't take Medicare Part B when you first became eligible, you may qualify for the Special Enrollment Period (SEP) beginning April 1, 2024. During the SEP, eligible retirees and their family members may enroll in Medicare Part B without paying a late enrollment penalty. You will be notified via U.S. Mail if you qualify. Learn more.

UnitedHealthcare FEHB Plan availability and rates
You will need to enter your zip code and click on ‘Health Plans’ to determine what UnitedHealthcare FEHB Health Plan is available in your area. Once enrolled in the applicable UnitedHealthcare FEHB Health Plan, you can enroll in the Retiree Advantage plan.

* Please note: High Deductible Health Plans (plan codes: LS, LU, and V4) are NOT qualifying plans and do NOT have access to the UnitedHealthcare Retiree Advantage plan.

How much will it cost?

  • Nothing – receive all of these benefits at no additional cost
  • You will just continue paying your qualifying UnitedHealthcare FEHB Health Plan premium and your Medicare Part B premium – pay nothing more
